He is Sultan Bin Suroor Bin Sultan Al Dhaheri. He was born in approximately 1937. He was appointed as the ruler’s representative in Jebel Dhanna in 1962 during the reign of Shakhbut Bin Sultan Al Nahyan, and Chairman of the National Consultative Council in 1971.
