He is Sultan Bin Rashid Bin Saeed Al Dhaheri. He was born in approximately 1932. He joined the Oman Coast Force at the beginning of his life and a military companion to His Highness Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, from the people of Al Ain.
