Saeed Bin Shakhbout The First

Saeed Bin Shakhbout: He is Sheikh Saeed Bin Shakhbout Bin Sultan Bin Zayed the First, the eldest son of Sheikh Shakhbout Bin Sultan Al Nahyan, Ruler of Abu Dhabi (1928-1966), on whom his father relied in the management of some governance affairs, and he used to pass by the princes of the regions to check on the conditions of their regions Which they manage their affairs, such as Jebel Dhanna, Tarif, Das Island, Delma Island, Liwa region, and others, and he was responsible for oil affairs in the emirate, and he also accompanied his father on his foreign visits to Arab and foreign countries, Including his visit to the British capital, London, and the French capital, Paris, to discuss oil agreements and the privilege of land and sea exploration rights. He was famous for his high character, kindness, and good treatment with everyone. He had a special place in the hearts of the people of Abu Dhabi, old and young, men and women. He married his cousin, Sheikha Mahra Bint Khalid Bin Sultan. And he gave birth to his only son, Sheikh Tahnoun Bin Saeed Bin Shakhbout Al Nahyan. He died at the beginning of the year 1967.
