He is Obaid Bin Rashid Bin Omair Bin Madhad Al Muhairi, born in approximately 1880, from the men of Abu Dhabi and one of the elders of the Al Bu Mhair family, who are known for their generosity and charitable deeds, among the companions of Sheikh Sultan Bin Zayed the First. He was married to Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan.
