He is Ahmed Bin Hamed Bin Butti Bin Khadim Bin Nahiman Al Hamed Al Qubaisi. He was born in approximately 1933. He held many tasks and responsibilities before and after the federation. He was a member of the Executive Council and head of the Labor and Social Affairs Department in 1969.
