He is Alhaj Bin Abdullah Bin Salem Bin Ahmed Bin Khalfan Al Muhairbi. He was born in 1945. He worked as a secretary to Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan, president of the municipal council, president of the Chamber of Commerce, and a member of the National Consultative Council in 1971, then the first deputy of the members of the National Consultative Council.
