He is Khalaf Bin Abdullah Bin Saif Bin Butti Bin Al Otaiba, born in approximately 1835, one of the major diving and pearl merchants in Abu Dhabi. He founded the Al Otaiba School and has several mosques in Abu Dhabi, and he was known for doing good.
