He is Ahmed Bin Mohammed Bin Hilal Bin Mohammed Bin Saeed Al Dhaheri. He was born in approximately 1876. He was appointed as the governor of the villages and oases of Al Ain during the reign of Zayed the First (1855-1909). He was appointed during the reign of Sheikh Shakhbout Bin Sultan Al Nahyan as representative of the ruler. He died in 1936.
