He is Abdulrahman Bin Ali Bin Abdulrahman Bin Abd Al Latif Al Mubarak. He was born in approximately 1909. He is a judge, sheikh of knowledge and jurisprudence. He studied in Abu Dhabi and Delma Island during the reign of Sheikh Shakhbut Bin Sultan Al Nahyan.
