He is Saeed Bin Ahmed Bin Khalaf Bin Abdullah Bin Otaiba Al Otaiba. He was born in approximately 1916. He accompanied Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan and was a poet, merchant, and president of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Abu Dhabi, since 1971.
