Mohammed Bin Zayed the First: He is Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Bin Khalifa the First, son of the ruler of Abu Dhabi, Sheikh Zayed Bin Khalifa the First (1855-1909), and he is one of the well known and prominent poets of Al Nahyan. He was documented and gathered in a diwan. He was fond of fishing and hunting, and had many wells that he ordered and sponsored the expenses of digging them. For a period of time, he was the Emir of the Liwa region located inAl Dhafra region of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. His mother is Sheikha Hessa Bint Rashid Bin Abdulaziz Bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, daughter of the Emirate’s ruler of Ajman. He died young and did not marry.
